Arrival: The morning bell rings at 7:50 a.m. Pre-K 3 and Pre-K 4 students arrive at the ELC horseshoe between 7:30 - 7:50 a.m. Siblings of Pre-K 3 and Pre-K 4 students may be dropped at the ELC horseshoe also. Kindergarten - Seventh grade use the gym car line. The gym car line will accept students between 7:30-7:50 a.m. At 7:50 a.m., the gym doors will lock and students must be brought to the ELC office to sign in as tardy. Also, students not seated in their homerooms by 7:50 a.m. are considered tardy. All students must be dropped off in a car line. We do not have a walker gate and students are not allowed to be walked in by parents at the car line. If parents choose to stay for morning assembly, please drop your child off in their regular car line, park in the church/gym parking lot and enter in through the gym doors.
Dismissal: Pre-K 3 and Pre-K 4 and their siblings are dismissed at the ELC horseshoe. ELC Car line begins at 2:45 p.m. Students who are not picked up from ELC car line by 3:15 p.m. are sent to aftercare. Kindergarten through seventh grade are dismissed from the gym car line at 3:00 p.m. Students who are not picked up by 3:15 from the gym car line are brought to aftercare.
Assembly: All students assemble in the school gym on Wednesday mornings at 7:50 a.m. for morning announcements, birthdays, and prayer. Younger students in Pre-K3, Pre-K4, and Kindergarten will join morning assembly in the gym once they've transitioned well to the new school year. Each student will be called to the podium on their birthday. July birthdays will be recongnized in August, June birthdays will be recognized in May. Parents are welcome to attend assembly.
Snack Sale: One Friday of the month, a grade will host a snack sale. The parent's club provides the snacks. Students should bring money to buy snacks. Pre-K 3 through first grade pay for the snack sale in the beginning of the school year. Those students do not bring money on the snack sale day.
School Mass: Every Thursday at 8:45 a.m., we attend school mass. Pre-K 3 through Kindergarten sit with their church middle school buddies. Parents and grandparents may attend. Pre-K3 through Kindergarten will begin attending school mass sometime shortly after Labor Day.
Field Trips: Pre-K 3 through Kindergarten is required to have a chaperone on the field trip. All chaperones must take the safe-enviornment class and submit a background check. See Events/ Volunteers for the available link.

School Bags and Nap Mats: Pre-K 3 through Kindergarten purchase a tote from school. Pre-K 3- navy, Pre-K 4- red, Kindergaten- royal blue. Pre-K 3 through Kindergarten must purchase a nap mat with an attached pillow and blanket.
Our Lady of Prompt Succor is a peanut-free school to the extent possible.
